Looking for a job...

Some of you may not be aware that my plans following graduation have changed a little. My ultimate goal remains the same (10 points for everyone who knows what my ultimate career aspiration is), but the way I will get there is a going to be a little different.

At the moment, I'm no longer planning to go to Law school. I know, don't be too shocked. I've decided that I'm going to get an MBA, which means I will have to work for a year or two before attending graduate school. Don't worry people. I am fully committed to getting a post-graduate degree; however, I'll just be getting it another way.

This also brings me to the dilemma I now find myself in. Job hunting. It's actually pretty fun. I'm looking at all my options. If you have any ideas, I'd be happy to send off my resume and application to where ever. Just be aware of their policies regarding international people--at this week's BYU Career Fair, some recruiters actually handed my resume back to me after they found out that they'd have to sponsor me to stay in the country. I nearly cried. Sort of.

Final thought: I remain resolute in the knowledge that, whatever I end up doing, it will be what I am supposed to be doing. It's really no coincidence that I am at BYU. I've loved every moment of it and would love to stay here in America. However, if by some small chance I will not be able to stay in the country after I work for the next year (I have one year left on my current visa and am presently not married to an American citizen...although I would like to be), then I will pull up my boots and return back to New Zealand. Don't get me wrong, I'm just throwing out all the possibilities that I am currently confronted with.
