DC on the plane...or in a Winnebago?

During a recent discussion with the Stevens, my sponsor family, they had offered to take me out to DC in their huge, new Winnebago. I would've been stupid to say 'no' to a 10-11 day trip across America. Seriously, that would be AWESOME!

However, today Brother Stevens told me that they wouldn't be able to do it. I think they had prior commitments over that time period and so they are flying me out from Las Vegas instead. I'm excited to fly, I actually really like airplanes, I just would've really loved seeing America in a Winnebago with the Stevens. They are great.

Oh well. Maybe another time--with my future family or something. The pics below are a similar (but not all the same) Winnebago. It's pretty sweet.

you probably wouldn't have hit a turkey... and we all know that's what makes road trips worthwhile.

Ruri, when do you leave??? Will I get to see you before you go? Oh, of course I will. I am coming on the 23rd or 24th of April to meet up with the Basingers. I will need to see you at some point during that time too - mm-k? :) Love you!
