Announcing...

So, this may not necessarily be the news that you were really waiting for, however, I wanted ya'll to know that I will be leaving the state of Utah in about two weeks.

I know. I was surprised too.

Last week, I accepted an offer to work for Rinchem Company, Inc. The position is in their Sales Department and I begin training mid-August (as long as I pass my physical/credit check/drug testing/criminal record search). There are a number of exciting aspects to the "Territory Account Manager" position. And, I'm really excited for what is ahead.

"Where will you be based?" You might be asking. Well, I begin training in Hillsboro, Oregon (just outside of Portland) and will then be assigned a "territory." The two territories that have been discussed are the North East (MA, NJ, NY, VA) or the South East (GA, AL, TX). Needless to say, the field of options is wide-open right now.

Oh, I also get a company car.

NB: This is not the 'actual' car--but it is the make and model.

Adam Ruri - Congratulations!! Hillsboro Oregon is my hometown. It was recently ranked like, #92 in the best places to live in the US. I'm sure you'll love it as I do. I'm so excited for you! You're great. Good luck. Bye. :)

Oh, that company car, Ruri. Could.life.get.any.better? Most likely not. ;) I still hate that you are abandoning me.

Exciting! Well, I think it's exciting - do you? You haven't let much onto how YOU feel about the situation, but I trust you wouldn't take a job that didn't feel right.
You HAVE to let me know where you're stationed. Congrats on having a "big person's" job! Haha... :)
