Snow Cones.

Almost every evening I crave this:


Not the cat--the snow cone.

And no, I wouldn't eat a snow cone that was licked by a cat (ah hem...Mindy). However, of the few places I've tried, there is this sweet place across from Helaman Halls that seriously has the best snow cones in Provo.

Anyway, every time I want to go get a snow cone from this place, it's closed, and then I have to settle for something less. The Hokeluia (spelling?) Shave Ice Shack is closed because I want to enjoy a snow cone with people, instead of by myself, and I sometimes have to convince those people to come with me. Then, we wait a bit, and boom...no bueno...the shack is shut.

That is my random thought for the day. I love snow cones. Yum.

AHHH I love that place and it has the most random hours!! Craving one right now...too bad I'm not even close to Utah! :) haha
