I threw it in the rubbish?

R.I.P Adam's Wallet. Yes, my wallet that had about $40 dollars in it. Yes, I think that I threw it in the rubbish.

Here's what I remember: I went to the gym, I used my wallet to get in, I started to come home and I remember it was in my hoodie. After leaving the gym, I can't remember where it was. I think I had it when I was in my car, but I could be mistaken. I also think that I had it when I got home, but, again, that could be a lie. What I do remember is that I took some rubbish out of the car and threw it in the bin when I got inside. While I was still dirty, I decided to run the bag out to the main dumpster. Then, I did my morning thing and realized that I didn't have my wallet when I was about to leave for class. I ran around madly looking through everything and the last place to check was the dumpster. I looked at it when I left, but had no time to dumpster dive before class. I resolved to check it when I got home (around lunchtime).

Guess what?

When I got home, the dumpster had been emptied! Perfect timing. I'm really glad that I may have just thrown away cash--literally. I feel awesome about myself. Ha ha.

On a happier note, I went to the BYU Lost and Found Sale with Chance and Dave this morning. Got a sweet FUBU jacket and some other stuff. AND, they took checks (spelled "cheques" in New Zealand)! However, my roommate Stephen gave me a twenty 'just in case.' Shout out for being awesome. Thanks Stephen.

Ralph Waldo Emerson said,“Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could. Some blunders and absurdities no doubt crept in, forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day, you shall begin it well and serenely...”
Sorry about your loss, being a student every dollar is precious. Stephen knows you would have done the same for him, in a heart beat. Cheers!
